| Sunday, April 17, 2011 | 0 comments

The Baga Beach measures some 30 km shoreline along Goa's West Coast. This crescent-shaped Beach, 15 km from Panajim.

The crescent-shaped Baga with its soft white sands is a well-liked joint for water-sports activities like para sailing, jet skiing, body boarding & surfing. The dolphin cruises in the sea is a anger with tourists. The rocky headland that surrounds the beach & the sea waves that crash & return generate an atmosphere of
romance endemic to the Baga beach.
The beach begins at Fort Aguada & continues up to Fort Chapora. Which means you can hire a motor cycle & travel from finish to the other visiting both the Forts. Only ten km away is a the major Goan town Mapusa. You also have the choice of trekking up the Baga Hill.
